The candidate should have minimum degree / diploma in mechanical engineering qualification as per ASW CWI & CSWIP with 3+ years of experience in heavy engineering fabrication shop.
He should be well conversant with different welding process such as SMAW, GMAW, SAW etc.
The candidate should have knowledge of heavy fabrication & different inspection techniques.
He should have sound knowledge of preparation & setting up of WPS, PQR & WQT as per national & various international standards. Qualification as per ASMT level II in different NDT techniques will add additional weightage.
