A.   KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To optimize production efficiency, customer satisfaction and maximum contribution to BU profitability through efficient manufacturing processes, according to all BU manufacturing, quality & process standards & improvement initiatives.

B.   PROFILE OF JOB HOLDER

• Bachelor of Engineering or a technical diploma
• Around 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing

C.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive continuous improvement activities in process and manufacturing for Profit, Quality, Customer Service
• Achieve an efficient cost effective manufacturing throughput according to customer requirements and group standards/guidelines for quality, zero defect, process capability, customer service levels.
• Balance the efficiency in manufacturing with the capital effect of stock levels and customer service requirements.
