Role:
- Achieve business goals in terms of new client / seat addition every year, ramp ups with current relationships, providing visibility to our entire range of products and services;
- Generate sales pipeline; respond to RFI / RFPs; Solution design & Sale closure.
- Account management in terms of maintaining and enhancing relationships, payment collection, and effective issue management /resolution.
- Team management; to enable/ensure team members contribute to the business goals
