• Person having experience in Piping, structural and design.
• Lead team of engineer to execute EPC projects specifically in Steel, Piping, Power and Water.
• Conversion with electromechanical and civil associated work (Engineering design aspect).
• Able to communicate and deal with consultant and customer on technical aspect.
• Good communication skill in verbal and written both.
• Open for traveling when required to the site or customer.
• Able to establish process for EPC type of work document to be done.
• Handle multiple projects on a time having knowledge of standards and quotes generally followed by EPC related to electrical, Mechanical, Civil aspects.
• Able to guide engineering team for making data sheet, specification, drawing, layouts.
• Should be able to draft for manual for erection and commissioning.
• Should be able to do trouble shooting for engineering related activities at site.
• Should help the site team during commissioning for handling over and performance trail of plant as per the contract obligations.
• Contractually he should be interpret with technical clauses and bring clarity in the contracts.
• 12-15 years of experience.

Role Responsibility
Strenghthen communications planning and execution for initiatives such as Product launches, Brand activities and CRM changes.
Strategize and execute a communication plan in sync with the Company Plan. Build & establish a two – way communication channel within the Contact Centre.
Build a robust Top – Down Communication Mechanism via Road shows and Meet the Team sessions.
Build a consistent Feedback (Bottom – Up) channel /mediums, to capture the employees sentiment. And ensure its frequency and outcome.

Work closely with the operations team to understand their business requirements and jointly work with the creative team to deliver solutions
Enhance employee engagement programs with IRL through various fun and sports activities in the centre. Entails creative designing, organizing and smooth execution.
Jointly working with the central team on various CSR and Corporate communication (Voice etc) initiatives.
Will assist the Line HR team in bi – yearly Reward and recognition programs (RI-RA).
