Summary of Role

  • Lead, Coal Bed Methane (CBM) Geosciences Team into performance
  • Define and deliver subsurface work program to meet CBM appraisal plan objectives
  • Hands on technical contribution to developing CBM geological models
  • Produce a sound understanding of the geological controls
  • Develop workflows which translate the understanding of the CBM play into Petrel 3D models
  • Submit plans for data acquisition and analysis
  • Represent Company at technical meetings with Governmental Bodies
  • Identify and apply appropriate new technology
  • Train and develop National geologists

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • University Degree in Geoscience subject

JOB TITLE: Vice President – Business Development (SEZ)

JOB PURPOSE: To formulate the Business Development Strategies for the Business Vertical and ensure that the strategies are executed in a professional manner.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  1. Conducting  Market research on business potential, emerging market trend &

Competition & planning for brand management & promotional activities

  1. Directly responsible and accountable for marketing strategies of the Business Vertical
  2. Relationship development, management & interaction with higher level executives of Govt and private utilities & industries to constantly grow in extremely competitive market segment.
  3. Ensure industries / factories / corporate set up their establishments in SEZ
  4. Expertise in terms of Govt liaisoning, land affairs & SEZ regulations
  5. Ensure timely and proper launch of projects
  6. Ensure appropriate pricing strategy for each project
  7. Ensure appropriate positioning of the project through marketing strategies/advertisements etc.
  8. Ensure compliance with Policies & Procedures of the Group

Directly manage and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.

  1. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate

in and facilitate group meetings.

AUTHORITY: This position has total authority to decide on all matters relating to the function

REPORTS TO: Executive Director

JOB PURPOSE: To head the Technical & Engineering and ensure timely execution of the Projects by maintaining highest quality standards.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  1. Directly responsible and accountable for the timely execution of projects
  2. Ensure appropriate selection of Consultants, Architects, Contractors and Vendors
  3. Ensure smooth operations at the site
  4. Constantly look for new technology to speed up the construction and at the same time minimize cost of construction
  5. Ensure total compliance with Policies & Procedures of the Group and Rules & Regulations under various statutes
  6. Build a very strong Engineering & Technical team to achieve excellence in execution of projects
  7. Ensure retention and development of the people

AUTHORITY: This position has the delegated authority to decide on all matters relating to the function

REPORTS TO: Executive Director

Desired profiles:

  • Operates and maintains budgeting and planning procedures to plan resource and capital requirements to support the activities of the business
  • Working with all HODs to ensure that their individual budgets, as well as the overall budget are managed for the most effective & efficient use of artistic and financial resources
  • Ensure cost control through monthly variance analysis and feedback to department heads
  • Ensures that arrangements are in place to maintain control, reporting and visibility of separate funding streams.
  • Controls SAP Administration.
  • Monitors financial performance and provides the Sr. Management & Top Management

with timely and accurate reports.

  • Review annual accounts and management reports
  • Sponsor information and ad hoc reports as necessary to comply with Treasury accounting and financial reporting requirements
    • Controls day-to-day financial transactions including invoices, purchase requisitions, general ledger, cash flow management, finalizing of accounts and banking arrangements.
    • Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/ IFRS and applicable Central, State and Local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
    • Develops, implements and monitors the progress of sales revenue collection.
    • Supports internal and external audits as required
    • Ensuring that statutory accounts are maintained
    • Ensures that establishment complies with periodic tax payment, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements.
    • Maintain relations with all Governmental / Municipal and Non- Governmental organizations, Banks / Financial Institutions, Agencies, concerned / connected with the project.
